我们都知道电动汽车卖得贵，往常7万块很容易就能买到一台紧凑级轿车，但是同样的价格，却只能买到一台三米出头的A0级小车，像是欧拉R1什么的，最主要的是这个价格还是补贴后的，到底是什么原因呢？
第一首先就是技术了，新能源车型不同于传统的燃油车型，厂家花在设计和技术上的钱都要更多一些，像是比亚迪或者其他品牌研究新的电动车平台都是需要大量的资本的，现在各大厂商的新能源造车都处于刚起步的阶段，造车成本自然会更高一些，而随着新能源汽车的发展，不断地技术迭代和更新，更让厂家的资金源源不断地投入，当有电动汽车不断趋于成熟，造车成本自然也会下降，售价也将会更低。
另一方面就是，相比于燃油车的发动机，电动汽车虽然结构更简单，可是成本却一点也不低，像是最基本的电机、电池、电控三大结构来说，电池占据着最大的一部分成本，有人说电动汽车成本的三分之二都被电池占据，虽然有些夸张，但是却并不是没有道理，而且在目前电池的技术达到瓶颈的时刻，想要增大容量就只能靠堆叠硬件的方式，各家厂商盲目堆电池来提高产品力就只能徒增生产成本，到最后就会产生电池容量虽大，却由于自重过高，续航里程的提升也并不明显的窘境。
而且对于电池这种比较危险的材料，对它的保护就显得尤为重要，成本再一次提高，所以如果想要电动汽车成本下降，我们就只能等待时机成熟时再去下手。
