为什么“转弯让直行”直行负全责_

刚拿出驾照不久的新手上路，格外小心再小心，不说如履薄冰也差不多了，心里既紧张又感觉刺激，考驾照那会儿学的“转弯让直行”，可能只记住了这5个字，不是很理解真正的含义，这里面的学问大着呢。牵扯到机动车、非机动车和行人的各种关系。

机动车要礼让行人，特别是右转弯时要让一下过绿灯的斑马线上的行人，这点好多司机都没有学会，直到有一天因此吃了亏，就晚了哦。

为什么“转弯让直行”，直行还要负全责？下面我来介绍一下

1.灯头让灯尾

为什么“转弯让直行”直行负全责

灯尾是指上一轮绿灯信号放行的车，在黄灯亮起时进入路口转弯的车辆。这个时候的车是不算闯红灯的。作为灯头的你不小心撞了前一轮的“灯尾”车，就算你是绿灯通行，你也得负全责。下面这种情况也属于灯头的红车A负全责，而黑色车B做为灯尾则没有责任。

2.辅路让行主路

如下图红车A转向出主路，直行hei车B应给减速让行，切不可认为自己直行而为所欲为，一旦出事故，在辅路的你要负全责的。

3.违规行车，也可被判直行全责

如下图黑色车B闯导流带，虽是直行，但是一旦撞到转向进主路的红色车A时，是要负全责的。

4.有“让”标志

如上图所示，黑色车B直行，红色车A右侧有白底黑字“让”标志。这种红色虽也是直行，也要付全责的。只要记住有“让”标志，你不管什么车都得让，不让就全责。有人说过“标有让字，让也得让，不让也得让，否则警察叔叔不让”。

附10点让行规则

1.转弯让直行原则，根本没什么主线支线之分，只要转弯就必须让直行车辆。

2.让右原则，几种情况，通过没有交通信号灯的路口，让右侧车辆先行;两辆车汇入一个车道里的时候，左侧车辆要让行右侧车辆。

3.对向行驶车辆都是向一个方向拐弯的时候，右转车辆让行左转车辆。

4.变道车让原车道车。

5.驶入转盘的让驶出转盘的车。

6.就是减速让行和停止让行线前，必须按标志让行。

7.下坡车让上坡车先行，有障碍的一方让无障碍一方先行。

8.斑马线上，机动车需让行人先过。

9.灯头让灯尾。

10.辅路让行主路。

提示：过任何路口时，不管有没有行人车辆，都应该减速慢行，因为你预测不到接下来会有什么情况发生。
