现在很多人都买起了车来，买辆车出趟门免不了要上趟高速，那么就会有人问，高速限速是120，开到130到底算不算超速呢？对此交警回应：再说最后一次。
交警表示：在道路交通法上有明确规定，道路限速120码，开到130码就算超速，但是这不会扣分罚款，超速扣分罚款有以下这几种情况：1.超速10%以内，不罚款扣分，给予口头警告；2.超速超过10%，但没有超过20%，会被处以100元罚款，驾驶证扣3分；3.超速20%至50%之间，要被处以200元罚款，驾驶证扣6分；4. 超速50%以上，直接扣12分，重新考取驾驶证。
在车辆行驶过程中，为防止超速问题的发生在制作汽车时就想到了这个问题，汽车显示的速度高于实际速度，通常汽车显示表上显示的速度要比实际行驶速度高4%左右，简单来说汽车显示表显示120码，而实际车辆行驶速度为115码左右，实际车速并没有超速，再者现代测速设备存在误差，就算汽车实际速度真的超过了120码，但也会因为速度未超10%，而给予警告处罚。
话虽说是这样，但还是小心为妙，我们在开车的过程中还是要按照速度来行驶，切勿超速行驶，再加上我国的道路设计标准是120km/h，一旦车速超过这个标准出现什么后果就不得而知了。
