最近接修一台EN125摩托车,故障表现为行驶几公里就会加不起油,只能维持怠速。这种情况有时一天出现好几次,有时一天也不会出现,没有规律。
询问车主什么时候出现的这种状况?车主说前一个月发动机有点烧机油,然后换完套缸后就出现这种现象了,后因当时拆装检修时,发现曲轴有点松旷,后期又换了曲轴,甚至连化油器、触发器,都更换了也未能解决问题。对这种时而有时而无的故障,维修工也是很头疼,干脆与车主商议几百块钱淘了一台二手的发动机换上,结果还是一样。
车主是“指尖摩托”的粉丝,无意中知道了龙行天下是我,于是专门致电与我联系寻求帮助,经简单的交流,初步诊断为电路方面的可能性比较大,与车主预约第二天来我处维修。
第二天车主如约而至,接车后启动车辆,怠速偏高,约1800转,只见化油器接头打了满满的胶。与车主交流得知,此胶是换新进气接头后怀疑还是有漏气才打上去的。
出去路试五公里,极速能到100km/h表速,除提速没有同类车快以外,并未出现车主描述的那种现象。这故障就像调皮的孩子见到医生吓着似的,需要它出现时,偏偏不出现。对于维修工(包括我)来说,最不好修的就是这种软故障。
车主说刚刚来的途中还反复出现三次,怎么现在又没有了呢?我说要不您开出去在附近转一圈,有问题的时候马上打电话给我。车主出去跑了十公里回来这个问题也没有出现过了。车主说师傅啊,现在是没有问题,可能又不知道几时几刻又出现问题。您不是有很多仪器吗?用仪器帮我的车做一个检查吧,我只想把这个问题解决了。
我说行,就帮你做一个系统的检查吧!首先做了一个高压跳火拉弧,虽然强烈,但总感觉点火能量达不到铃木的那个要求,测量缸压在理想范围内。
既然已知火花强度不是很够,那么点火系统方面也需要进一步的检查,当检测点火系统时,发现这个车的点火器是用的CG125的直流点火,高压包用的是gy6的高压包。
大家都知道,EN125发动机原配点火应是电感点火,这是典型的点火与发动机不匹配。而如果换原厂的点火器的话,一定要连高压包整套换掉。这个时候指尖摩托的“泰昌智点”就体现出来很大的价值了,如直接替换上去的话,不需要更换高压包,而且点火角度还可以自动调整。
于是找了一个智点102型的替换上,出去路试。在急加速时,提速明显动力比之前凌历。这时天色已晚,由于车主急用车,所以与车主谈好,有时候车的故障不是单一故障,而是复合型故障,所以今天检查到点火系统的故障后并给处理了,但不排除没有隐藏的故障还没有被发现。
车主也知道他这车算是一台拼装车,大线都不是原车的,原车点火器的安装位置如下图,早就不在了。我叮嘱车主试骑两天,一旦发现问题及时反馈解决。
当晚车主回去的时候,这个故障像鬼一样又出现了!车主致电给我,我让其拔下燃油管看看有没有燃油,回答为有!让其重新插回油管,关闭油箱开关,反复的做加速动作,故障还是一样!让其拉起风门,故障一下就好了。关闭风门,这个故障神奇的消失了
以上的这些操作方法已经告知我了一些想要的数据,我把故障点推定在油路上。第二天车主又来到我处,我先分解化油器。
清洗每一条油道,并分析油道结构,在检查化油器柱塞时发现上面有很多拉痕。最值得怀疑的就是柱塞时而卡住,如果柱塞卡住,加油门时虽然节流板同步开启,但柱塞不能正常上升,所以转速也上不去。
如果拉起风门,混合气经风门通道,提供给发动机,发动机的转速瞬间升高,气道内与外界的压差变的更大,被卡住的柱塞在大压差环境下得到释放,所以这个时候就算关闭风门,真空柱塞又可以随着节流开度的不同,而同步变化。
车主说当初是可是换了新的化油器,抱怨新化油器没有原装化油器有力!新化油器就在家里。我说,化油器并不是单纯的装上去就行了的。还需要进行一个调试匹配,旧化器我先帮你处理一下,您看能用多久就用多久。到时候再不行的话,来我这,我再帮您重新匹配。
清洗完并处理好柱塞后复装,加以调试,感觉又焕发了青春。据后期的回访,处理过的化油器只用了四天。客户自行把新的化油器的柱塞,替换上去后,用了半个月都没有出现这种情况,证明故障已排除,确实是在化油器中。
