这套系统给汽车行车带来了许多方便,但是也有一点坏处就是出现报警时,车主往往不知所措,别的不说最容易造成报警的应当属——胎压报警,虽然并不是什么汽车上的重要故障却是很吓人让人很纠结。
胎压报警一般分为两种形式,可以简单的理解成直接胎压监控和间接胎压监控。直接胎压监控是在轮胎内部安装一个压力传感器直接监测轮胎内部的胎压,然后发出压力监测信号到胎压监测系统的接收模块,经过处理的信号将模拟的数值显示在仪表盘上。
这就是大家所见的轮胎胎压。这套系统的优点是随时监测每个轮胎内部的实际瞬时胎压,当轮胎出现问题时就能很容易确定故障轮胎,且出现胎压过低过高或漏气时特别敏感报警及时。一般SUV车型多使用此种胎压监控。
另一种间接胎压监控,是通过汽车的轮速传感器信号对比其它轮胎之间的轮速差得到一个模拟的胎压信号,信号处理后显示到仪表盘上。当轮胎胎压过低时,由于汽车的重量会使汽车轮胎的直径变小,由此这个车轮与其它车轮的转速发生偏差,由此触发胎压报警。
这种胎压监控系统优点是成本相对较低,市场上的轿车多采用此种胎压监控。但不足是由于信号属于模拟信号对单个车轮的监测不够精准。
目前市场上也流传着一种改装胎压传感器,这种系统属于外置胎压传感器。将这种外置的装置直接安在轮胎气门嘴上,原理上跟内置胎压传感器基本相同。汽车轮胎胎压有一定标准,一般胎压的提示在车门门柱内侧。
轮胎轮胎随着外界温度的变化也相对较大,一般温度没上升10摄氏度左右轮胎胎压会增加0.1bar左右,所以每当轮胎胎压产生变化超出汽车所标定的胎压时,胎压检测系统开始报警提醒车主注意行驶,这也还是为什么轮胎扎钉后会报警的原因。
至于胎压报警频繁的情况也很常见,有的是因为更换轮胎所致、轮胎充气未重置胎压监控所致、汽车放置时间长所致等等原因,不过当胎压出现报警时也不要大意最好及时的检查轮胎情况。
