自新交规出台以来,广大车主 “如临大敌”,每年都为超速的事绞尽脑汁,也有很多车主为了杜绝超速”挖空心思”;有的车主给自己的爱车搭配一个”电子狗”,往往也无济于事,今天我们专门聊聊超速罚款这些事,并向大家推荐一款好用的电子狗——beltronics贝尔V928i。
警用测速器从安装方式来说有两种,一种是固定测速,另一种是流动测速:
所谓固定测速就是固定在某一个地方的测速方式。固定测速从原理上讲:固定测速90%以上的是雷达测速雷达测速的原理主要是运用多普勒效应,即移动物体对所接收的电磁波有频移的效应而得出被测物体(汽车)的运动速度。固定雷达测速多用于高速、国道、省道等道路两侧或横杆的地方。
固定测速的第二种是区间测速。区间测速是在同一路段上布设两个相邻的监控点,基于车辆通过前后两个监控点的时间差来计算车辆在该路段上的平均速度,并依据该路段上的限速标准来判定车辆是否超速违章。
固定测速的第三种是地感线圈。地感线圈测速又叫压线测速,地感线圈感应是利用经过两条地埋感应条件的时间差来计算车辆的时速。一般多用于横杆或龙门架,由于地埋的建造成本高易损坏特点,目前道路基本上很少,早期建造的多数不在工作状态。通过目测可以判断这种测速方式,地面有切割痕迹且有两道或者三道,而且有横杆伴有摄像头。
所谓流动测速也叫移动测速。就是警方在非特定的时间和非特定的位置安装的临时测速设备。移动测速的最大特点是可移动性,一般放置在警车内、草丛中或者隐藏在某一个地方,采取不定点、不定时的测速,此类测速尤为害怕,防不胜防。
流动测速的原理分为两类:一种是雷达测速,流动雷达测速的原理和固定雷达测速的原理是一样的,只是流动测速设备更具多样性,不同的雷达设备它的雷达频段和频点是不同的,目前中国使用的雷达测速设备多数是进口的雷达,比如俄罗斯火花、德国罗伯特雷达等,雷达频段目前用于测速的是K频段和KA频段,K频段的频点范围在23.950GHZ—24.250GHZ,KA频段的频点范围在33.400—36.110GHZ。国家对测速器的雷达频点值以及速度值有着严格的要求和检验的,雷达频点超标会影响航空、无线电波、以及其它民用等设备。
流动测速的另外一种测速方式是激光测速。激光测速是通过激光对物体运行速度的测量,它是对被测物体进行两次有特定时间间隔的激光测距该被测物体的移动速度。由于激光测速的使用要求相当严格,目前只有一些特定的区域才有,比如新疆等地。
车主为了杜绝超速花几百元买了一个几百元的国产电子狗,可结果是超速依然存在,罚单依然存在!事实是,由于国产电子狗是通过植入数据等同于地图数据一个道理来实现预警的,对固定测速有所帮助,而流动测速点的位置随时在变化,所以说这样的电子狗对流动测速基本上是毫无效果的。少数国产电子狗也号称是使用了雷达探测器,实际硬件和技术上不过硬,只能收到一部分测速器的信号,漏报也是很多的。
相对来讲,目前最适合中国车主电子狗是一个美国品牌BELRONICS(贝尔),这个品牌有着50年的雷达技术经验和采用美国军工雷达技术,对付目前中国的测速设备尤其是流动测速更是手到擒来。笔者向大家推荐的是一款beltronics贝尔V928i电子狗,它是一款纯激光雷达探测器型电子狗,所以与数据无关、与升级无关、与测速的安装位置、形态、方式无关,只要是测速”一网打尽”!
