相比于目前的造车新势力来说，能将销售、制造技术和动力电池形成“套餐”的还真不多，除了比亚迪之外，国内还将出现一个恒大健康。恒大健康花巨资收购了这么多家企业，能否将“造车梦”落地呢？
在与贾跃亭“分手”之后，恒大健康（0708.HK）（以下简称：恒大）再次重塑自己的造车梦。此次，恒大并没有将自己的造车梦寄托在别人身上，而是通过一系列的投资打造属于自己的汽车产业。
2019年1月，恒大斥资10.6亿元收购卡耐新能源，完成了“汽车产业链”的最后一块版图-动力电池。卡耐新能源是一家由中国汽车技术研究院和日本电池巨头ENAX共同创立的企业，同时也是国家动力电池和电池系统制定的标准者之一。
对于造车新势力来说，纯电动新能源汽车成为了他们向汽车产业进军的最好机会。对于纯电动汽车来说，只要掌握了动力电池就是掌握了新能源汽车的主要命脉。动力电池作为新能源汽车最重要，同时也最具价值的一块，恒大造车必须要拥有自己强大的动力电池技术基地。
而对于恒大汽车来说，最重要的还是卡耐新能源公司。卡耐拥有目前比较齐全的动力电池研发资质，与宁德时代相同的都是汽车厂商的动力电池供应商。宁德时代依靠动力电池已经成功达到了1650亿元的市值，相当于特斯拉3354亿元市值的一半左右，而恒大集团的市值仅为约1014.2亿元。
完成对卡耐新能源公司的收购之后，至此恒大已经完成了汽车产业链的所有部署，成就了恒大造车三部曲。第一部曲，145亿元的投资成为广汇集团最大股东，而广汇集团拥有目前全球最大的汽车经销商，可以说恒大汽车在营销和销售上有了充足的后勤保障。第二部曲，斥资9.3亿美元收购瑞典NEVS电动汽车公司，基本上掌握了电动汽车的制造技术和先进的制造平台。瑞典NEVS电动汽车公司作为拥有“萨博”基因的汽车企业，之前收购了萨博汽车的所有技术，但是萨博的“半鹰半狮”车标则依然属于萨博公司所有。
从之前网上报的消息来看，瑞典NEVS电动汽车公司所生产的第一辆新能源汽车，就是以萨博9-3为基础，该车使用NEVS的标志。而NEVS目前已经在国内拥有生产基地，在NEVS消化“萨博”基因之后，加上恒大的助力，相信是可以让“造车梦”落地的。
