在小桔车服首次开放日现场，小桔车服总经理陈汀介绍道，“近日，我们已在不同城市设立了六七个租车交付中心，司机提车之前必须经过交付中心来完成。”他表示，“通过这种模式，司机的满意度从过去的60%提升到90%。”陈汀称，“今年年底我们计划将交付中心开到40个城市，将覆盖到80%的租车市场，未来还会进一步扩大范围。”（21世纪经济报道）
