内饰变化主要在功能性方面，标配8.0英寸触摸屏或可选的12.3英寸触摸屏悬浮在中控仪表面板上方，考虑到其位于仪表板顶部的位置，对于驾驶员而言，屏幕还是有点难以触及，不过副驾乘客非常容易操作。尽管触摸屏操作方式保持不变，但是通过新的触摸屏可以达到类似鼠标的操控，使触摸屏使用起来更加友好。

雷克萨斯RX的大分辨率触摸屏也支持智能语音命令，支持数百万个常用短语的自然语音识别。需要咖啡还是加油？一两秒后，触摸屏就会显示出最近的选项列表。该屏幕还可以提供全彩色地图、地区天气和交通状况。

动力方面，2020款雷克萨斯RX 350的动力系统保持不变，RX 350仍然搭载3.5升V-6发动机，最大输出295马力，扭矩为362牛米，匹配八速自动变速箱。雷克萨斯表示，悬架和焊接的改变提高了车辆的刚度。减震已经过重新调整，防倾杆换成了更硬的减震器，并且对减震器进行更新升级，以提供更平稳的行驶状态。

据平行进口车经销商介绍，首批抵达的加版车型有两款，分别是2020款雷克萨斯RX350标准型，暂定售价68万，2020款雷克萨斯RX350豪华型，暂定售价72万。
