分享雅马哈R3前齿轮油封漏油DIY修复

去年10月左右入手的二手R3 ABS，2015年出厂的水货。引擎编号： 日规H402E(台规为H404E)。

去年底因里程数到达5000km，更换机油、油芯时发现油底壳有油渍擦干后观察1个月发现是由前齿轮轴油封渗出，趁过年前夕拆修记录，以下是分享如何DIY维修R3前齿轮油封漏油维修。

准备工具：

8mm T杆(套筒+棘轮板手也可以)，拆前齿轮塑胶护盖 2颗螺丝

29mm 套筒+4分长杆板手，拆前齿轮轴心螺帽

2爪拉拔器，拔油封时使用

17mm 梅花扳手，配合拉拔器使用

螺丝起子，将供牙螺丝锁入漏油油封时使用

攻牙螺丝 2PCS，锁入漏油油封

38mm长套筒，安装油封使用

铁锤一只，安装油封时使用

拆开塑胶护盖、前齿轮螺帽(有一个垫片)、前齿轮后的外观

另一个角度看漏油情形，轴上画线是为了记录原厂螺帽锁附扭力

使用攻牙螺丝锁入油封约3~4牙，再使用2爪发拔器勾着螺丝，顶着轴将油封拉出，此时会渗漏一点点的机油(约5~10cc)是正常现象，切记不可以使用电动工具锁螺丝，油封后面有轴承，锁太深会伤及轴承。

前往承德路购买新的NBR油封，日本NOK没有料，SDA油封很便宜，怒买两个，一个做备料。

油封规格：NBR TC 35 * 55 * 7mm

装油封可以使用拆洗衣机的38mm 长套筒敲到底即可，之后再依序将 前齿轮、垫片、螺帽、护盖装上车，过年期间骑乘近150km，检查后已经没有漏油现象，确认修复完成在此与各位喜爱DIY的车友们分享维修过程。
