在城区开车遇到的小块锯齿状车道，这种情况一般是在入口出现，它的意思是代表这个车道是一个特殊车道，比如说最常见的可变车道，这种锯齿状车道在不同的时间段代表着不同的行进方向，可变车道是根据交通流量来自行调节的，所以当发现这样的小块锯齿状车道的时候一定要提前看车道指示牌，千万不要走错了，如果已经走进小块锯齿状车道了，那么就一定要按照当前的指示牌去走，不然的话会造成违法交通标线导致扣3分罚100到200的处罚。
第二种就是大块的锯齿状车道，这种呈现斜线的大块锯齿状车道在很多地方都有，而且出现的频率越来越高，这种车道实际上的正确名称是为视觉障碍车道，这种车道一般出现在转弯或者上坡下坡的地方，以前这些地方都是通过震荡线来提示车主减速，但是震荡线有一个很大的弊端，尤其是在高速上，如果车速比较快的话在经过震荡线的时候，车子会明显感觉震动，会发现方向盘有抢盘的感觉，就是方向盘不容易握稳，所以说震荡线其实是不利于行车安全的，再加上震荡线是横在路中间凸出来的线条，这种线条比较容易被压坏维修频率比较高，所以现在震荡线使用越来越少，大多都把原来放置震荡线的地方改为了视觉障碍车道。
这种车道远看会比正常车道感觉上窄一些，这个时候车主就会下意识减速，这样的车道震荡线相比是在视觉和心理上提醒车主减速，而震荡线是在触觉上提醒车主减速，所以说只要是减速要求不是非常严格的地方慢慢的都把震荡线替换成了视觉障碍车道，只有在那些减速非常严格的地方才会出现震荡线加视觉障碍同时出现，所以高速上面开车假如遇到既有震荡线又有视觉障碍线的车道，一定要打起小心谨慎开车，因为这里很可能是一个事故高发区，以上就是喵哥给大家总结的两种锯齿状车道它们的用途以及区别，不知道车友们都了解了吗。
