我们经常再说要预防汽车自燃的情况发生，特别是进入夏季，似乎更容易引发汽车的自燃。但是，如果你对于造成汽车自燃的主要具体原因有所了解，可能就不会这么说了。
首先是刹车。踩刹车很常见吧，这个规定动作产生的热量聚集起来，不会因为行驶或通风而完全散发。若这时液压油泄漏，这种聚积的热量就会将油液加热到其燃点，引发自燃。
其次是汽车发动机漏电。发动机工作时点火线圈温度过高，导致高压点火导线绝缘层软化、破损，高压电击穿绝缘层，引发漏电处温度升高，最终引燃发动机化油器等处泄漏的汽油。
再次是汽车改装。有人爱好刷机，也有人爱好给爱车改装。很多人在新车到手后，到非专业的修理店改装，添加防盗器啦，换装高档音响啦，改造型啦，能改的都改。乱引电线，不加保险、易摩擦处未有效固定等多种错误的改装维修最吸引魔鬼的步伐。一旦出现线路老化、过载、断路、接触不良或磨损搭铁的问题，鬼上身的汽车自燃不可避免。
