【环球网科技综合报道】据外媒报道，福特汽车公司透露，该公司将出售位于俄罗斯的闲置工厂，目前已有潜在买家表达了相关收购兴趣。
据Automative News Europes报道，福特欧洲董事Steven Armstrong于圣彼得堡国际经济论坛期间表示：“我们愿意公开讨论出售该俄罗斯工厂的计划，并且已经有许多公司表示对此很感兴趣。”
福特是首家在俄罗斯进行汽车组装业务的国际汽车制造商，于2002年在圣彼得堡开设了一家工厂。然而，福特将在2019年6月底停止在俄罗斯的生产工作，并逐步退出俄罗斯乘用车市场。
此前，福特汽车与俄罗斯索勒斯公司于2019年3月27日发表声明称，双方位于俄罗斯的合资企业福特-索勒斯(Ford Sollers)将关闭当地两家装配厂和一家发动机厂。
据了解，福特关闭的工厂是位于卡马河畔切尔尼(Naberezhnye Chelny)和毗邻圣彼得堡的弗谢沃洛日斯克(Vsevolozhsk)的两家汽车装配厂，以及位于埃拉布加(Elabug)的发动机工厂。其中，弗谢沃洛日斯克工厂，主要生产福特福克斯和蒙迪欧车型;卡马河畔切尔尼装配厂，主要生产福特嘉年华小型车和翼搏跨界车型。
两家公司表示，此举是福特全球重组计划的一部分，其中俄罗斯索勒斯公司将接管合资公司的控股权。
需要指出的是，福特在埃拉布加的汽车工厂将继续营业，该厂致力于生产Transit轻型商用车。
