隆隆寒冬，很多朋友的房车已经封存。但是很多朋友可能对房车的保存可能并不了解，在这里给大家简单的介绍一下。
1 车冰箱、储物格内的易变质的物品要取出。并关闭、水路、燃气、开关。将电瓶的负极断开，有条件也可将电瓶取出另行存放。
2 在外的链接处应提前润滑，如脚踏，门铰链等。
3 将车内的水放干净。先将车身停至水平位置，然后水龙头、马桶。净水箱、水管、热水器（由于热水器内可能会存水，打开减压阀门后可放净）黑水、灰水依次放净，最后进行防冻保养（方法在后面）。
4 停放存储。然后将车内车窗、窗帘全部关闭，停放至背光处。如果打算覆盖车衣，要将车外部彻底洗净，车衣要绷劲，防止风吹动车衣划伤车漆。
防冻保养：车辆里面的水放完后，管路当中仍然会存有一定量的水，这时需要往管路当中注入压缩空气吹净管路里面的存水，防止冬天冻坏，方法如下：
图 1、2 为冷热水放水阀门，打开阀门排放电热锅炉里面的水，放完后关闭阀门

图中接头1 为水泵接口，第一种方法：需将此处拧开，用压缩空气直接从拧开的管路出打入压缩空气。逐个打开水龙头、一直到喷出压缩空气不在出现水流为止。（冷水要放、热水也要放哦，嘿嘿。室内、室外的水龙头、淋浴器、马桶都要放出空）
图中把水箱放空，和上图方法一样，拧开管路，打入压缩空气在把管路里面的水都排空后，断电，水龙头保持打开状态。以防止少量水存在水龙头处，将水龙头冻坏
