刹车盘虽然重要，不过有的车主可能直到卖完自己的车都没换过刹车盘。所以，很多车主对刹车盘是既熟悉又陌生。所以不时会有人问刹车盘多久换，今天就来说说宝马刹车盘的一些事，仅供宝马车主参考。
宝马刹车盘多久更换呢？
根据宝马官方推荐的保养套餐来看，宝马车型的前后刹车片都是每5万公里一换，而刹车盘是每10万公里一换，也就是每2次刹车片换一次刹车盘。
实际上，刹车盘跟刹车片一样，是看实际磨损是否达到了更换标准而定的。因为有的人经常跑长途，一路通畅，当然省刹车了；而有的人经常跑市区，如果加上所在城市车流多，经常堵，那刹车使用就很频繁了，就更费刹车。另外，刹车盘/片的寿命也受车主的开车习惯影响很大，有的经常急刹、大脚刹车，很费刹车；而有的车主，看见前面有红绿灯都会估计好距离和车速以溜代刹。
所以，实际使用中，有的车主这可能用个8万公里就要换刹车盘了，而有的车主可以用到15万公里再换。
宝马刹车盘的厚度 介绍
不同的宝马车型安装了不同的刹车盘，厚度有22mm、24mm、26mm、30mm等，而一般车型的刹车盘可用厚度只有2.4mm。对于M车型或一些使用了打孔刹车盘的车型，可用厚度只有1.6mm，也就是说，一个30mm厚的刹车盘，用到28.4mm就是极限了，这时候你就得换了。
这么薄，人的肉眼很难辨认了，所以没用专用工具测量随便看一眼就说你刹车盘要换，这样的话别太当真，一定让他测量一下，刹车盘的凸台上有写明极限厚度，测量后低于这个厚度你才换。
关于宝马刹车盘的使用注意事项
1、在品牌方面，宝马使用了较多的刹车盘品牌，比如泰明顿、博世、布雷博、TRW天合、耐磨士、佐佐木等，不知道怎么选的不妨从这里边选一个用。
2、更换刹车盘与更换刹车片一样，都需要磨合个几百公里，这期间要更加小心行车，因为刹车效果不一定好哦。
3、别轻易光盘，可用厚度那么薄，光一下就是几万公里的使用寿命啊。
