在平时我们当收到违章的时候，基本上都会准备好银子去交罚款，不过对于这些违章交警提醒是不用再去缴纳罚款的，而且还不用被扣分，直接去申请核销就可以了。让我们来看一下到底是哪几种情况吧！
第一种：闯红灯或者是其他违章行为，但是这个地方并不是你曾经所去过的，并且自己的车子也没有出现过的情况，那么只有一种可能就是你的车子被套牌了，出现这种情况，你要第一时间去报警，然后通过交警通道来申诉，取消这次违章。
第二种：车子行驶在某一个路口的时候，发现附近的信号灯出现异常，如果在过了几天之后，你的车子再次的路段被拍摄出现违章的话，你拿出证据到相关部门进行取消这次的违章。
第三种：当我们在正常道路上行驶的时候，后方有特殊车辆需要及时避让，所产生的违章也是可以去申请取消的，不过，我们要保留好相关的证据，才可以避免被罚款。
