每年的交通事故中，有30%左右都是由于随意变更车道引起的，但是都挡不住驾驶员的“自由心态”。究其原因，是大部分人都没有意识到随意变更车道的危险性，在潜意识里，只把变更车道当成了正常驾驶操作，但忽略了其背后存在的可怕隐患。我国的道路交通安全法律法规并不禁止驾驶员变更车道，因为在正常行驶过程中，变更车道是最常见的操作。但有的驾驶员将正常操作错误地理解成“随便操作”，认为不管什么时候，只要自己想变道就变道，完全忽略了道路交通的现实情况。这是导致加塞、变道不打转向灯等随意变道违法行为多发高发的主要原因之一。
注意！这6种变道是要吃罚单的！
大货车在左侧车道正常行驶，右侧一辆黑色小轿车想要变道到货车所在的车道，可是，小轿车并没有变道成功，反而与货车发生了碰撞，一时间，小汽车变成了碰碰车。
不过值得庆幸的是，该起事故并没有出现较大的惨剧，只是车辆损毁。相信经过此次险象环生的教训，小汽车驾驶员以后应该再也不会随意变道了，可是下面这些车主就没有这么幸运了…
一、常见的6种违规变道
1、一次变换多条车道行驶
2、变道至非机动车道行驶
3、不打转向灯突然变道
4、直行绿灯时，在路口直行车道变道左转
5、变道逆向车道行驶
6、直行车道强行变道至左转车道
二、如何安全变道？
变道的正确操作方法可简化为一句口诀：一灯二镜三方向。
1、变道之前必须打转向灯
这个变道前的首要动作就是“一灯”，但却被很多驾驶员有意无意地忽略了。因变道而引发的交通事故中，变道车辆没有打转向灯就突然变道是最主要的祸因。
2、观察前方及侧后方车辆
除了观察后视镜之外，我们还要快速观察车辆两侧盲区是否有其他车辆接近。在确保周围情况安全后，就可以准备变道了。
3、缓打方向，迅速变道
接下来就是第三步操作——“三方向”，即转动方向盘改变车辆的行驶轨迹，进行变道。变道时，应小幅度，缓打方向盘。
4、不要跨越多条车道
在一些多车道的道路上，有一种变道行为看上去很“霸气”：车子从最外侧车道开始变道，然后跨越中间车道，最后斜插进最内侧的快车道。这种一次跨越两三条车道的变道行为最容易惹祸。
三、随意变道将承担全部责任
一些驾驶员在变道过程中还常常有自鸣得意的心态，认为自己驾驶技术高超，一点点空也能钻过来。其实，这种想法非常错误，因为变道成功，并不代表驾驶技术的高超，而是其他车辆采取了避让措施。按照我国相关法律法规的规定，在道路行驶过程中，改变行驶轨迹的车辆在整个过程中都要承担全部责任，也就是说，即使别人故意不采取避让措施而造成事故，也属于变更车道人的全责。
四、法律规定
《道路交通安全法》第38条：车辆、行人应当按照交通信号通行；遇有交通警察现场指挥时，应当按照交通警察的指挥通行；在没有交通信号的道路上，应当在确保安全、畅通的原则下通行。
《道路交通安全法》第90条：机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》规定：驶机动车违反禁令标志、禁止标线指示的，一次记3分。
面对随意变更车道所带来的安全隐患，很多人都呼吁交通管理部门加强执法力度，采取重罚措施遏制这一交通陋习。但实际上，由于法律并不禁止机动车变更车道，对‘随意’的定义比较模糊，调查取证过程也存在一定困难，因此，把改变这一陋习的期望全部寄托在交管部门的重罚严管上并不现实，还要靠广大驾驶员的自觉文明驾驶行为。
小编最后还想和各位卡友们说两句，在高速上要变道时，一定要按照规矩进行变道，不能强行变道，文明行车。遇到其他车辆强行变道时，如果情况允许，尽量让其变道，不要争抢，防止在争的过程中出现意外事故，以此做到安全驾驶。最后，如果确定对方存在违反交通规则进行变道的，可以通过行车记录仪记录的视频，事后向交警部门反应。
