在使用驾照的时候，如果你的驾照刚好被扣了12分的话，那么是需要重新学习科目一的在经过了一星期的培训之后再次进行考试，而如果科目一的考试能够通过的话，那么积分清零。而如果你在考试的时候没有考过的话，那么驾驶证就不能够再继续使用了。而且在这段时间内如果你还开车上路的话被查到了，相关的一些处罚也是比较多的。
而如果你在平时违章的情况比较多，驾照被扣了12分，但是没有超过24分的话，也是需要重新考试科目一的，并且刚刚好扣了12分，考试的规则是一样的，而如果你的驾驶证被扣了24分以上的话，那么不仅需要重新考科目一，而且还需要重新考科目三，首先就是要参加科目一的考试，培训在科目一的考试通过以后合格到10天之内就需要重新考科目三，而且科目一和科目三全部都通过考试以后，才能够重新再次获得驾照。
而除此之外还有一点是非常值得注意的那么就是新手在拿到驾驶证以后都有一个实习期，27期的时间为一年，如果在实习期被扣满12分的话，那么就需要注销驾驶证了，并且a类和b类的驾照驾驶员如果在一个记分周期内被扣满12分的话，那么驾驶证也是会自动降级的。而如果是你是a类或者b类驾照的驾驶员，如果还在实习期内就被扣了6分以上的话，那么您的驾驶证实习期也是需要延长一年的时间的。
