挑战全网最冤违章，真是够憋屈_好好学习

即便是再谨慎的老司机，也有躲不开的罚单！在城市里开车，即使我们再怎么小心谨慎，有时候总会莫名其妙收到违章信息。有时候礼让行人、给急救车让道都能挨罚，理由还可能是“姿势不对”！是不是感觉有种“没地儿说理去”的委屈？别着急，好好学习就对了。

以下要说的几大最冤违章，一定要好好记住，预防中招。

跟着大车误闯红灯

前面拉集装箱的车挡住红绿灯，大哥过去看不见闯了红灯，申诉没用，6分200元不含糊。劝各位如果遇到前方挡视线看不到红绿灯，宁愿停那等着，看到灯了再走。

避让救护车被罚

避让救护车虽是每个驾驶员应尽的义务，但有时处理不当也是会被罚款扣分。之前有车主在右转道等红绿灯时，后方开来响着警报的救护车，为了让道，直接越过停止线右转让救护车先行，但最后却收到200元扣6分的处罚。申诉时，交通队给出的结论是，让道可以，但不应该闯红灯，正确的做法是靠边让行。

礼让行人被罚

有车主在市区即将过斑马线的时候，看到有行人路过，将车停了下来，等待行人先过。但等了一会不见行人行动，以为他不过斑马线了，于是启动车越过了斑马线，但就在这时，这位行人却突然走到了斑马线上。就这样，因为没有礼让行人，被扣了三分并被罚了200元，而交管部门在扣分信息上是这样说的：未在行人通过人行横道时停车让行。

忘带驾照副本被罚

下面这位车主更冤：当初刚考的驾照，只带了驾照正本，没有带副本，在没有其他违章情况下被当做没有带驾驶证处理了。
