故障诊断
故障排查:首先启动车辆,发现仪表不报故障灯,路试加速很吃力,而且车速超不过60码,但离合器感觉不到打滑现象。拆下发动机气门室罩盖检查正时链条无松旷跳齿,正时正常,气缸压力也正常。接下来检查油泵压力(280kpα)及喷油嘴无发现异常。
曲位传感器供电及信号电压,打铁都没问题,启动时发动转速表也有300转的动作,从而说明ECU、
曲位及线路都完好,排查陷入僵局,这时候客户反馈了一个问题,该车前几天在外地因为发动机突然漏机油换了发动机曲轴后油封,由于当时赶间就没注意此故障的存在开车就走了,在行驶过程中才发现车辆跑不起来,怀疑应该不是什么大的问题回家再检修。
听到客户的叙述,几乎可以确定了故障点(曲位信号盘)拆下变速箱及离合器的同时也发现了故障点,曲轴和飞轮之间的定位销不见了,由于没有定位销装配人员可能是经验不足或是学徒的不重视,定位孔没对齐装错了一个丝距的位置,这款车在飞轮没有定位销的情况下,由于装配丝距都是相同的,所以可以任意安装。当然装在飞轮上曲位信号齿的缺口对应的位置也发生了改变,曲位检测曲轴转角度的信号也是错误的,ECU根据收到的信号是推迟点火从而造成了点火延迟,发动机功率下降,加速无力。
