车子坐满了五个大人,婴儿抱在怀里算超载吗?婴儿也算一个人

现在汽车市场上SUV比较火爆，因为SUV空间大，座位多，有五个座的，也有七个座的，所以说比较适合现代家庭全家老小一起出行，非常方便。但是有时候也会发生这种情况，就是车子里都坐满了五个大人，而小婴儿就只能被抱在怀里。一般来说，车子限定几人座位，那就应该乘坐几人，对于多出来的小婴儿，交警会怎样处理？算超载吗？

如果交警遇到这种情况时，一般情况下都会做出处罚：扣除六分，予以警告。很多人会问小婴儿很轻，不会有太严重的影响。但是，我们必须要明白一点，交通规则是明文规定的，会为了我们每个人的人身安全着想的，尽管婴儿很小，但是根据交通法规定，婴儿也算一个人，所以是属于超载行为，必须予以处罚。

超载不仅会被处罚，并且在发生事故时，保险公司会对事故原因做各方面分析，其中包括超载问题导致的交通事故问题，在保险公司核实超载之后，会只给限定搭载人数的人进行理赔，而多出的人则不在其保险范围内。

除去上面的被处罚以及保险金的问题，其实大人怀抱婴儿出行的方式真的很不安全，因为在汽车出现紧急情况时，比如刹车，人们会因为身体惯性往前倾，这是怀抱里的饿小婴儿因为太小就会因为惯性而导致一些意外，所以说，为了安全行驶以及不违规，家长们还是不要将小婴儿抱在怀里“偷偷”超载了。
