细节一：经过十字路口提前减速，车速控制在30km/ h以内，右脚始终保持在刹车上。
细节二：绿灯起步时不要猛踩油门，防备两侧有尚未通过路口的行人、非机动车突然出现，经过路边停驶车辆时，做备刹车操作，防备“鬼探头”。
细节三：在照明条件良好的城市道路上夜间行车，禁止使用远光灯；遇对向远光灯可切换远、近光灯提醒，并适当减速；遇后方车辆开远光灯可适当减速让其先行。
细节四：转弯应提前观察自己即将经过的整个弯道轨迹和周边交通参与者的状态，入弯时身体稍微左右右移动，避开A柱盲区危险。
细节五：停车等红灯时，应与前车保持一把方向能开出的距离，停车减速的过程中从后视镜观察后方情况，如遇后方有刹不住的车辆可以即刻逃离危险区域。
细节六：支路汇入主道时，特别是一些不起眼的小路汇入车速较快的主道，应减速或停车观察主道车辆情况，确认主路安全距离内无来车，再果断汇入。
细节八：堵车或道路通行缓慢时，大车因为起步慢，车前常会留出一个空当，小车尽量不要贴近或挤进这个空当，大车的车头盲区可能会导致司机“视而不见”引发事故。
细节九：跟车应保持安全距离，行驶轨迹可略偏向车道左侧，以便越过前车观察前方路况。前方是大车时，应找准机会及时变道，没有变道时机则要加大跟车间距。车速低于30km/h时可适当缩短车距，但必须保证留有前车急刹时自己能一脚刹住的安全距离。
细节十：进入居民区小街巷内，要小心有蹲坐在地上玩耍的小孩，特别是转弯时车头盲区加A柱盲区双重风险应挺直身体减少车前盲区并尽可能打开车窗减速慢行。
