每当乱停车后，总会让人提心吊胆，生怕被交警看见，然后走过来看到车上没人的话，便视为是违停行为，然后开个罚单贴到车窗。
当然也有更倒霉的车主，比如路边临停去别人那里取个东西，或尿急需要去上趟洗手间等，这些短时间的违停被交警查到真的就是太不值了，那怎么办呢？
一些车主就会耍小聪明来避免贴条，比如把车盖打开，让交警以为是车坏了走不了才这样违停的，便不会受罚，也有车主在车上放张纸条，告知交警自己马上就回来。然而这些办法都不好使，很快就能被揭穿。
而据了解，很多贴了罚单的车主，因为赌气或为了省去再找车位的麻烦，于是就干脆继续停着，反正在24小时内不能再罚的了，为此让交通造成更为堵塞。
为了免于更多车长时间乱停，如今好些地区就出了新处治方式，就是车上有留挪车码的，也叫免罚码，要是能及时把车开走就有不罚的机会。
