功能检查发现天窗停留在通风位置，当按下天窗开关时会听到明显嗒嗒的异响从天窗电机处发出来，而天窗仍然保持在原来的位置。其他功能无异常。连接诊断仪进行快速测试，天窗控制模块未设置故障码。
【原因分析】
天窗滑轨内有异物卡滞；
天窗滑轨存在变形、断裂等机械损坏；
天窗滑轨缺少润滑或灰尘过多导致阻力过大；
天窗标准化不成功；
天窗电机损坏；
天窗控制模块损坏。
综合分析故障原因为天窗两侧的滑槽尺寸超差，过窄，导致天窗玻璃与天窗左右滑轨的后部支座之间移动阻力过大，最终导致天窗电机驱动齿轮与钢索过载打滑，发出嗒嗒的异响，齿轮和钢索出现变形和磨损
【解决方案】：更换天窗玻璃、天窗电机和左侧及右侧滑轨后进行天窗标准化，故障排除。
