一款搭载奔驰M274发动机的车辆，车主反应说冷启动的时候，发动机机舱有异响及启动延迟的现象，大约延迟4、5秒左右，热车异响消失！

把车辆停至冷车状态，冷启动着车，发动机前部确实有异响发出，并且启动有延迟现象，异响发出的部位为发动机的正时链轮出处，用听诊器判断异响是进气链轮所发出的声音。
△凸轮轴调节器
根据以往的维修经验判断，异响应该就是链轮故障了，因为这款发动机的链轮异响也算是一种通病了。考虑到还有冷车不好启动的故障，把凸轮轴进气和排气的霍尔传感器拆了，把曲轴转到1缸TDC位置，从凸轮轴霍尔传感器孔观察发现正时已经有点偏差了，难怪会启动延迟。

于是于是拆下链轮盖板，拆下高压喷嘴及气门室盖。拆下链轮后发现链轮中心有损坏的现象，内部磨损比较严重，异响的来源就是此处，更换新的进气链轮以及凸轮轴信号盘组件，调整好正时，装好其他附件后，冷车启动已无异响和延迟。确认故障排除。

这链轮的内部磨损应该跟材料和机油的油道有关，材料的不足及冷启动机油无法获得足够的压力及润滑导致内部的磨损。
