在我们日常驾车的过程中大部分的时间都是紧闭车窗的，一是为了保温，二是防止车外浑浊空气进入车内。其实城市生活中，车里也会常常充满汽车尾气的味道，而在空旷的地方或高速路上行驶时，容易让人感到头晕胸闷。引起这样情况的原因是车主们在行车过程中，没有正确使用内、外循环。

内外循环是如何运作的
内外循环的作用很简单，外循环的作用是补充车内的新鲜空气，内循环则隔绝污浊空气进入。外循环利用风机将车外空气抽入车内，此外即使没有打开风机，车辆行驶中也会有气流进入车内。而内循环吸入的气流仅来自车内，形成车辆内部的气流循环。
如何使用内外循环
简单来说，堵车时使用内循环、高速时使用外循环。内循环除了隔绝车外污浊空气之外，还能保持车厢温度。而在长时间高速开车后，车内空气浑浊人感觉到不舒服，又不能开窗时就应该利用外循环送点清风进来。
冬天送暖风感觉太热，可关掉风机，打开外循环，既保持车内温度，又有新鲜空气，感觉会更舒服。
特别注意事项
- 不能在封闭车窗、车门下长时间行车或休息。
- 新车落地，尽可能保持车内外空气交换，把车内有害气体排出。新车在使用前6个月内一定要加强通风，定期清洗车内空调。
- 在遇到堵车严重的地段，或跟随尾气排放可能超标车辆行驶时，应当把空调、暖风开关暂时调到内循环模式。
- 要有选择空气质量相对良好的道路意识，尽量在开阔、空气流动好的线路行车。
