凯迪拉克超级巡航系统Super Cruise，相当于凯迪拉克最顶级的驾驶辅助系统，结合了自适应巡航控制，前方碰撞预警，车道保持辅助等等诸多高阶辅助驾驶功能。但自推出2年以来，超级巡航系统仅搭载在凯迪拉克CT6上，系统知名度不如友商们。
现在这个情况正在发生改变，凯迪拉克宣布2020款CT6将会是搭载超级巡航的第二款车型，并且在2020年后，平均每6个月就会推出一款搭载超级巡航系统的新车，基于与凯迪拉克推出新车的节奏相当。
在超级巡航系统的宣传中，用户可以真正将脚从脚和手分别从踏板、方向盘上松开，距离真正意义的自动驾驶非常接近，而不是竞争对手们宣称的自动驾驶Beta，双手不能离开方向盘。同时系统在方向盘前还安装了监控摄像头，以监视驾驶员的眼球运动状态，判断驾驶员注意力是否留在车上。
根据统计，在购买超级巡航系统的用户中，70%的车主有选择使用超级巡航系统的经历。不过现在能够使用超级巡航的地段非常有限，并且在下雪、大雾等恶劣环境下，系统也无法使用。在接下来的升级中，工程师不仅需要应付各种恶劣天气，也会通过多种形式获取路面信息和被遮挡的交通信号，以及预先通过高清地图对路面进行绘制。
很快，凯迪拉克CT5会在年底正式公布，升级后的超级巡航系统也将承担起通用旗下高端品牌自动驾驶推广的重任。
