随着时代经济、技术的发展,传感器成为了设备中代替人工重要零件。而液位传感器也随之发展起来,其中浮球式和电容式两种液位传感器也现在常用的传感器之一。下面工采网小编就来说说冷却液液位传感器的工作原理及相关应用。
液位传感器的主要功能都是检测液位、控制液位,冷却液液位传感器是一个开关,安装在散热水箱上或膨胀水箱中并用于测量散热器顶部水箱中发动机冷却液的液位,通过发动机线束将信息传输给ECM。如果冷却液液位下降到一定液位以下时,ECM会使报警器报警,这时发动机功率将会逐渐下降,以保护发动机。一般情况下,发动机冷却液一年需要更换一次,正常行驶过程中,如果发动机冷却液不足了,该如何检查发动机冷却液液位呢?如下图:
由图可知当在发动机线束的冷却液液位传感器的27号高液位信号端子和J/号低液位信号端子上同时检测到电压,或者在每个端子上没有检测到电压。ECM认为是故障,并以故障码422存储起来,这时黄色指示灯点亮。发动机将失去冷却液液位的保护功能。
