一般情况下,随着汽车使用时间的增长,它的一些零部件就会出现问题,继而引起故障。由于这些小问题容易被车主忽略,所以就需要专业的维修师傅定期进行检查,发现这些小问题就及时解决,以免引起更大的故障。
前段时间,一辆比较老的福特来修理厂进行大保养,这辆车有多老呢?据车主介绍,已经开了9年多的时间,这次进行的大保养项目就是更换机油、变速箱油、刹车油、冷却液等全车油液,同时再对车的状况进行一个全面检查,以免汽车隐藏有看不到的故障。
果然,师傅找出了几个车主忽略的问题,有电瓶、下支臂和轮胎等,尤其是轮胎方面的问题,将会严重影响行车安全。接下来,我们来简单了解一下这几个小问题,大保养项目先不了解。下图所示,仪表显示的行驶里程已经超过了11万公里。
下图所示,这是位于车门框上的铭牌,它的发动机是1.5L排量,出厂日期是2009年,平均一年行驶一万公里多点,有点少。据师傅介绍,在这九年的时间里,车主对车进行过一次大保养,这次大保养距离上次大保养已经有四年多了,距离上次的行驶里程也有五万多公里。
虽然车主只对爱车进行过一次大保养,但是常规保养基本是一年一次,发动机和变速箱基本没有问题,这次大保养时,师傅对节气门进行了清洗,火花塞暂时没有问题。下图所示的是电瓶,师傅发现它有一个小问题,也就是橙色箭头所示的电瓶负极有很多白色粉末状的物质。
下图箭头所示,师傅用手碰了一下负极的这些白色粉末,这表明电瓶用的时间很久,负极产生了硫化现象,解决办法就是用开水冲一下,同时用工具把固定的螺丝紧固一下就可以。
发动机舱检查完毕,基本没有什么问题,然后师傅把车升起来检查它的底盘。下图所示,这辆福特的底盘,整体看着还可以,师傅给它的铁护板进行了加固,以防出现异响。
底盘最容易出现问题的地方,如下图所示,1是下支臂球头,2是转向拉杆球头,3是稳定杆小连杆,这几个球头只要损坏,就会导致底盘出现异响。2和3没有问题,只有1所示的下支臂球头有问题。
下图所示,这是下支臂的球头,球头外部的橡胶套已经破损,师傅用工具撬动这个球头就能听到轻微的震动,若是在行驶中的话,噪音会很大。由于球头和下支臂是一体类型,所以师傅建议更换整根下支臂。
在检查了底盘后,师傅发现它的轮胎也该换了。下图所示,这是后轮胎,可以看出轮胎上有很多裂纹,老化比较严重,尤其是箭头所示的轮胎侧面,有一道比较明显的痕迹,表示轮胎曾在缺气比较严重时行驶过。
汽车轮胎的规定更换时间是5年,查看轮胎的生产日期和别的零件日期不一样,我们看下图绿色区域所示3312数字,表示轮胎是2012年第33周生产,已经6年多了。
下图所示,这是轮胎的胎面,虽然没有磨损到规定的极限位置,但是老化比较严重,并且也已经超过了规定更换日期,建议车主更换轮胎。
这就是师傅检查这辆福特的过程,车主在了解了这些问题后,表示会及时解决,尤其是老化严重的轮胎。车友可以简单了解一下这个过程,若是爱车的使用年限比较多,或者是发现汽车有异常情况的话,应该多检查才行,及时发现问题并解决问题。
