国产车经过这么多年的发展，慢慢的也有起色了，早已不是当年的铁坨坨了，在外形和内饰方面已经不输于韩系车了，质量方面能与日系平分秋色了，也逐渐成为了物美价廉的代名词，尤其是自主品牌的SUV，一些大厂如哈弗吉利之类的，一个月能销个几万辆。眼下就有这么一款合资车，百公里的油耗仅5.1L，售价还不足5万，国产车的对手来了？这就是我们今天的主角丰田威驰。
在外观方面，全新第五代丰田威驰前脸仍然采用了家族化设计风格，但进气格栅的尺寸变得更加宽大，这样的设计比较激进，运动型前包围搭配红色饰条装饰，进一步增加了运动感，整体视觉冲击力非常强，在车身侧面，轮毂采用黑色设计，有点跑车的味道，车身线条从低到高，视觉效果上有很强的俯冲感
在内饰方面，这款车在设计上也非常运动和时尚，它非常简洁和优雅，三幅式方向盘看起来非常简洁，仪表盘依然采用桶式指针仪表盘，在中高配车型上的配置也相当齐全，功能也丰富，整体内饰的科技感还是很强的。
动力系统，以17版的为例，威驰共有1.3L和1.5L的两个版本的自吸发动机，低配版的功率大概有73千瓦扭矩能达到123牛米，至于高配版功率提升不大，扭矩也只是达到140牛米。传动匹配的是5MT和CVT。其油耗表现才是威驰最出色的地方，百公里五个多，还是极为省油的。
