行车记录仪显示，这辆车行驶到苏虞张的程墩卡点，民警示意停车，司机没有停车，而是一脚油门，冲了过去。行车记录仪清楚记录下了车内的谈话，这名司机边开车边向车内朋友吹嘘“警察不敢追”， 可话音刚落，警车已经出现在前方。 根据相关法律规定，警察在不能排除其它嫌疑的情况下，特别在保证安全的前提下，是完全可以追车的。
据查，司机姓谢，无锡人，拦停后他被带到了询问室。原来，谢某当天晚上跟女朋友吵了架，心里有些郁闷。看到警察拦车检查，他不想停车配合，便冲卡了。
由于违反了《治安管理处罚法》的相关规定，他涉嫌阻碍执行职务，被公安机关行政拘留8日。
