现在新车上的高科技配置越来越多，厂家的目的都是为了让消费者使用起来更加的便捷、省心，可是有的配置却引来不少车主的吐槽。特别是自动启停，一直被认为是很“鸡肋”的功能，基本用不上，而且发动机频繁的重启，不但不省油还影响车子的使用寿命，所以很多人一上车就会把它关掉。
自动启停这么多的槽点，为什么厂家还坚持在做呢？用起来的实际情况真的是车主说的这样吗？
其实一般具备自动启停功能的汽车，只要正常使用，并不会对汽车造成伤害，而且的确真的还能有效的减少尾气排放，降低油耗。它可以在车辆行驶中短时间临时停车，比如等红灯的时候自动熄火，需要继续前进的时候，系统又可以自动重启发动机，尽量降低发动机怠速空转时间。所以，即使在一分钟内熄火再启动一次，油耗还是会比怠速时的要低。
但是，自动启停在以下这4种情况下，最好还是关闭，不然会对车辆和安全造成隐患。
严重拥堵路段
在上下班高峰期，车子没停几秒就要走的短时间内反复启停的情况，大家最好还是关闭自动启停功能。不然你一刹车启停就介入了，等前车挪动，你想抬脚跟上去，发动机还没启动，旁边的车就已经塞进来了。
新手停车
虽然车子在倒挡状态下自动启停不会启动，但因为新手司机在倒车的时候，都会手忙脚乱的，需要反复进出，如果在调整距离的时候遇到发动机突然熄火，很耽误事。
上下陡坡
在坡道临时停车，自动启停反应比较慢，在松开刹车的时候，容易发生后溜、下滑的情况。
通过积水路面
车子经过积水路面，一旦发动机熄火，自动启停往往会造成二次打火，这时候车子一旦发生故障，保险公司是拒赔的。
