头枕高度合适才能更好起到保护效果

靠上去觉得很舒服
但是，其实这样的做法非常危险！
过低的头枕垫在颈后，在遇到追尾事故时，巨大的冲击力会通过头枕直接传递给颈部，而头部则因为惯性向后翻转，颈部会遭受非常严重的伤害，甚至可能出现折断颈椎这样的致命伤；如果头枕高于头部很多，在受到撞击时，头部很可能会被向下挤压，头部被压低，造成颈部严重伤害。另外，头部被下压时有可能还会撞到头枕的金属杆，造成更严重的伤害。
一般来说，头枕中央是最为柔软的，在遭遇外力冲击时，头部靠在头枕中央最为安全。所以，调节头枕正确的高度是，将头枕中央与耳朵上沿平行，这样就使头部中间对应头枕中央，在受到冲击时，头枕最柔软的部分会给予头部安全的保护。
