不知道看标题时大家懵了没有？
又“让右”又“让左”这车究竟怎样开啊？
其实这两个规矩都是“无交通信号”、“无交警”且“无标识”时要恪守的，很多朋友由于它们“栽了跟头”。
“右转让左转”和“让右准则”
是怎么回事？
《道路交通安全法实施条例》中规定：机动车通过没有交通信号灯控制也没有交通警察指挥的交叉路口，除应当遵守第五十一条第（二）项“准备进入环形路口的让已在路口内的机动车先行”第（三）项“向左转弯时，靠路口中心点左侧转弯。转弯时开启转向灯，夜间行驶开启近光灯”的规定外，还应当遵守下列规定：
（一）有交通标志、标线控制的，让优先通行的一方先行；
（二）没有交通标志、标线控制的，在进入路口前停车了望，让右方道路的来车先行；
（三）转弯的机动车让直行的车辆先行；
（四）相对方向行驶的右转弯的机动车让左转弯的车辆先行。
看完法规，大家还有些迷惑吧？左转、让右、直行、转弯的，没点空间想象力还真想不出来，有标识和标线的咱就不说了，遵守就是了。咱从第2条说起……
1、“右转让左转”
所谓的右转和左转是相对于对向行驶的车辆来说的。一辆车向右转，另一辆车向左转，然后驶入同一个路口。在这种情况下，右转的车要让左转的车先行。为什么要这样规定呢？原因如下：
由于左转的车辆行驶轨迹长，如果右转的车不让左转车辆先行，那么左转车辆就要较长时间停在路口中间，会影响其他车辆正常通行。所以，从大局考虑，右转车应该让左转车先行。
交规明确规定，如果因为右转车没有让行而和左转车碰撞发生的交通事故，由右转车承担全部责任。
2、“让右原则”
让右原则有一个前提，就是在没有红绿灯的路口，两辆车交叉方向直行，这种情况下就要执行让右原则。
所谓的让右原则就是当两辆车同时驶向路口，左侧的车要让右侧的车先行。因为国内的驾驶位置在左侧，在司机的视野中，左侧“A柱”靠车主近，遮挡视野范围大，右侧“A柱”离车主远，遮挡视野范围小。所以，左侧的车更容易提早发现右侧的车，右侧车处于视野劣势，所以理当被让行。
同样，如果因此两车发生事故，左侧的车要承担全部责任。
3、“转弯让直行”
所谓转弯让直行，就是说道路行驶的过程中，原则上向左（右）转弯的车辆要为直行的车辆避让。因为直行车速度较快，车流较大，转弯车速度慢车流相对较小，转弯让直行能够减少路途拥堵和交通事故的发生。
如果因此发生交通事故，转弯的一方要承担全部责任，图中A车负全责。
关于让行还有几个地方特别想强调一下

开车在路上，经常能碰上修路的情况。若是双向车道这就势必要跟对面来车 ” 争夺地盘 “。不过，有障碍的一方让无障碍的一方先行。
但值得一提的是，如果有障碍车辆已经行驶到一半接近障碍物，无障碍那一方应降低速度或停车，最好待其通过后再进入。
“会车先行” 与“会车让行”
在路面狭窄的道路上行驶时，会车时应该根据指示牌进行让行或先行。
注意避让儿童
前方有学校警示牌，驾驶人应该减速通过，若遇前方有儿童过马路，则应停车避让。
让主路车辆先行
进入主路的时候要减速，若此时主路有来车，应该避让，待其通过后再进入主路。
以上关于两车谁先让谁的问题，也就是车辆所拥有的道路优先权，明确了路权，才能最大限度降低路口事故的发生，而且交警也是通过车辆路权来判定事故的责任，所以大家千万要记住了！
