你有没有发现，好多豪车不！贴！年！检！
有人说是为了车辆美观，也不怕被罚款；也有人说，年检标志不需要粘贴。
究竟年检的标志需不需要贴？
《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第十一条是这样规定的：
驾驶机动车上道路行驶，应当悬挂机动车号牌，放置检验合格标志、保险标志，并随车携带机动车行驶证。 机动车号牌应当按照规定悬挂并保持清晰、完整，不得故意遮挡、污损。 任何单位和个人不得收缴、扣留机动车号牌。
请注意！很多人认为这里规定的是“放置”而不是“粘贴”，因此他们认为只要年检标志放在车上，不需要粘贴也没事。
但现实情况是，很多没有张贴年检标志的车被交警拦下后依旧被罚款了，那这又是怎么回事儿呢？
原来还有一项条例是在《中华人民共和国道路安全法》以后制定的，这就是《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》，该条例进一步明确了《道路交通安全法》中的各项事宜。
其中针对年检标志的第十三条明确规定：
机动车检验合格标志、保险标志应当粘贴在机动车前窗右上角。
所以，从国家的规定来看，年检标志并不能简单的放置在车上，而是应粘贴在前窗右上角处。
如果不贴，会有什么处罚？
《条例》规定未按规定放置年检合格标志的机动车上路行驶将被予以记1分罚50元处罚。
值得注意的是，随着执法的人性化，许多地方不再需要粘贴保险标志，转而使用电子保单，可直接通过电子系统识别。
但是，年检标志从来没有说过不用贴的噢，为了不被罚款，各位车主一定要贴上！
