中国工程院院士：长续航新能源车假节能
近日，中国工程院院士杨裕生在泰达论坛上指出：长里程电动车不节能减排，增程式电动车才是未来汽车的主力。他同时呼吁政府部门，对电池的研发和管理应该让市场主导。杨裕生表示：在电网的电主要来自煤的情况下，耗电高的长里程纯电动汽车不能够节能减排，并以特斯拉举例：特斯拉纯电动车不用油，但因其追求长里程而多装电池，车身重，耗电多，在发电时，大量排放CO2等有害物，因此，这家新能源行业标杆企业却因为电耗问题在新加坡受罚。
很大胆，也很客观。
新款smart EQ预告图发布
日前，smart官方发布了一组新款smart EQ系列的预告图，图中新车的前脸与现款车型发生了较大改变，而整车造型也更加圆润。据了解，新车将动力电池方面有所提升。这将是戴姆勒集团最后一次参与该系列产品的开发与设计，未来的smart系列产品将由吉利汽车控股集团接手。该系列车型将于即将开幕的法兰克福车展上亮相，并计划于2020年初上市。
红旗与故宫合力举办“万紫千红”花木文物展
昨天，由故宫博物院举办，红旗作为唯一汽车合作品牌的“万紫千红——中国古代花木文物特展”在故宫开幕。“万紫千红——中国古代花木题材文物特展”，是故宫博物院2019年最重要的展览之一，主要展示故宫博物院馆藏中国古代花木题材的国家一级保护文物，充分展示这些文物的艺术之美和文化内涵。60年的红旗与600年的故宫，携手合作“万紫千红”大展，这既是一次展示中国传统文化珍品的盛宴，也是向新中国成立70周年的献礼之作。
极速490.48km/h 布加迪Chiron新车官图发布
日前，布加迪官方发布了一组布加迪Chiron新车型的官图，并宣布新车创下了490.48km/h的极速记录。Chiron原型车基于现款布加迪Chiron打造，新车在车身和空气动力套件上进行了升级，以获得更好的空气动力效应。新车在位于德国Ehra-Lessien的大众测试赛道上，以490.48km/h创造了新的量产车厂商极速记录，这也是目前量产车厂商中唯一极速突破300mph（480km/h）的车型。

吉利起诉威马，索赔超21亿
据媒体报道，浙江吉利控股集团、吉利汽车研究院以侵害商业秘密为由，起诉造车新势力威马汽车旗下的四家公司，索赔金额达21亿元，目前上海高院已经介入审理，开庭时间为2019年9月17日。这将是中国汽车行业知识产权纠纷最高索赔金额的诉讼案之一。目前，吉利和威马均未对这起知识产权侵犯纠纷案公布具体细节。吉利回应称：”一切以法律判决为准，我们不做额外评论。”而威马的回应是：”威马汽车没任何侵权行为，我们对赢得这场诉讼非常有信心。”
特斯拉全系车型进入新能源车辆免征购置税名单
8月30日，工信部发布了第二十六批《免征车辆购置税的新能源汽车车型目录》，特斯拉旗下11款车型均在目录之列，这将为消费者带来不少的实惠，按照购置税占比税前车价10%来计算，如果这部分优惠全下放至终端，车主购买特斯拉车型最高可节省近10万元。不过在一天前，根据路透社消息，随着中美贸易战的又一次升级，特斯拉将在中国市场提价。如若中国对美国汽车继续加征关税，特斯拉或将考虑在12月以前再次提价。
特朗普批评通用在美大幅裁员将产能转移到中国
据路透社报道，特朗普近日在twitter上批评通用汽车公司缩减其在美国的制造业务：“通用汽车曾经是底特律的巨头，现在是底特律最小的汽车制造商之一。在我上任之前，他们把主要工厂搬到了中国。尽管美国为他们提供了资金救助，他们还是这样做了。现在他们又该搬回美国了。”自2018年底以来，通用汽车在美国的时薪员工减少了约4，000人，降至10年前的水平不过，通用没有直接对特朗普的推文进行置评。但该公司在一份简报中称，“通用汽车在中国的业务不会威胁到美国的就业。“
