现在的汽车数量不断提高，停车成了一个“紧张”的问题，有小区户住宅的，有送车位，但是没有的车主，也有选择将爱车停在路边的，接受“自然生活”的损害。而这些损害不得不说的“小孩划划车壳”“其他车辆碰撞”等数不清的伤害。
而这些所造成的伤害，都是车主一人承担，那就有车主也好奇了，那这车停路边被撞，是要先报警还是先找保险，但小编这要和车主们说的是，这个顺序很重要，搞错了就一分钱都没有的。
首先，如果车子是被刮花或者受到损伤，那这时是要选择报警再寻求保险公司帮助，通过监控找到肇事者，事情就好解决，这样的话，保险公司是会赔你70%损伤，这样就比自己出全款好，所以这种情况，先找警察处理问题，再找保险公司理赔就对了。
如果说附近没有监控，车子也没有装行车记录仪的话，这时候就要注意了，这要是找不到犯罪者，保险公司可不等人。因为保险公司属于是有时效性的，一般规定是两天，超过后，申报保险就会过了索赔期，保险公司自然不会赔付任何钱财，就只能自己出钱修复了。
正确做法的话，那就先通知保险公司，再排专员到现场看，根据是否可进行理赔的实情，来判定理赔程度，保持第一现场也是很重要的；但要避免被保险公司感觉像骗保，大家先通知保险公司后就可以不用管太多，会有专门的保险专员会全责负责的，这期间大家就暂时先别和维修店铺有维修交易，这样也会被保险公司觉得你是在骗保。所以正确顺序就是先找找保险公司，再找肇事者。
