解放JH6.锡柴国四.EDC17-E4〈EDC17CV44〉博世6.5尿素泵

故障现象

亮后处理故障灯，不烧尿素，司机反应动力影响不明显。

故障分析-维修过程

看故障码都是历史故障，报的有氮氧传感器的，测量了下氮氧传感器的正负极供电正常24V又测量了下CAN电压电阻都正常〈CAN H2.6 CAN L2.4 电阻60左右〉 还有一个故障码是 SCR喷射时压力过低，就检查尿素滤芯发现比较脏，更换尿素滤芯。

还有故障就是尿素温度故障和尿素液位故障，这个故障从检测仪数据流中可以看到，于是就点击进去看了下数据流，就发现尿素温度负15℃ 还在那里乱跳；

由于不知道尿素温度影响不影响烧尿素，于是就求助了小轨在线问答师傅，师傅回答说影响烧尿素，厂家一般标定在零下五度只左右，知道影响烧尿素就好办了，就到线路图，测量电压是否正常，测量发现，两个5.7V两个0V ，线路正常，就换了尿素温度液位传感器，在看了下尿素温度，这次正常了和本地的温度差不多，还有一个就是加热故障，我是这么想的温度一直都是负，就算在加热温度还是负的，所有报出来了这个加热故障。

结果

试车一切正常，尿素温度和尿素滤芯 导致不烧尿素 点亮故障灯 ，
