行驶里程约17.5万km的雪铁龙富康两厢轿车。该车在热车时可勉强启动，冷车时则不能启动，只能通过推车才能起动发动机。
故障检修：
（1）故障原因分析
热车可以勉强起动，冷车时起动机转速低或不能转动，起动机已损坏的可能性较小，最有可能的是蓄电池亏电或有极板硫化、活性物质脱落等故障，或是起动电源线路连接处接触不良。
（2）故障检修方法
检查蓄电池极桩与线夹连接、起动机电源接线柱连接均无问题，但发现蓄电池没有固定，询问车主蓄电池为什么没有固定，车主说上次更换蓄电池后就一直没有打开过发动机盖，自己也不知道蓄电池没有固定。维修人员提出要更换蓄电池，车主则认为该蓄电池换上去还不到半年，蓄电池可能只是亏电，对其补充充电后应该还可以使用。后对蓄电池进行了补充充电，并将蓄电池安装牢固后，顺利起动发动机，将车开走。但第三天难以起动的故障又出现了，对蓄电池再进行补充充电，但与前一次一样，电充不进去（电压应在很短的时间就充上来），这说明蓄电池已经损坏。
（3）故障处理措施
车主将车开到服务站，更换了蓄电池后故障排除。
故障分析：故障维修人员提出更换蓄电池是对的，因为该蓄电池没有固定，汽车在行驶中颠簸振动引起蓄电池的冲击振动，很容易使极板上的活性物质脱落、隔板受损，甚至导致蓄电池极板短路。
