故障现象
客户反映，车子玻璃升降不正常。技师检查发现，开小灯，右前玻璃下降。
故障分析
开小灯，玻璃升降器，这是不同的两个系统，现在出现关联的故障，说明系统有连电的情况，或者玻璃开关有问题。
维修过程
先更换右前门玻璃升降开关，故障依旧。
使用万用表，检测开关插头，发现开小灯有2根线12伏的电。浅绿黑色线，浅绿线都有。这种情况不正常。
读取线路图，浅绿线是右前门的玻璃下降控制线。此线开小灯有电，说明线路有连电的情况。
先检查车内线路插头，没有发现疑点，检查门子线束，发现密封胶套有问题，发现插头内部有水。
处理方案
利用压缩空气吹干插头，然后安装好插头，密封胶套。试车，故障排除。
维修总结
维修线路连电故障。一般是线路绝缘破坏连电，也有这种进水连电的情况。其次在本例中，在门子线束的插头处容易进水，遇到此类故障，建议先检查这个部位。
